Erzurum kadayıf dolmasi fena degil, edible. After the siparisten touches the serbet: Dongler. The normal pedestal (such as articulated) is cooked, the bottom side is reflected and hard: Kotu.
It's crispy fresh but tasted like syrup to me. it burned my throat.
