Best seafood restaurant in Istanbul. Everyhting they serve is super-tasty. Amazing service. Owners and waiters do everthing to make you happy. Beautiful terrace with amazing marina view. Prices are cheaper compare to similar ones. Whoever I took to Filiz, became addicted :

We had a pleasant afternoon dinner with our friends on the terrace before the match. We crowned it with delicious appetizers and sardines on vine leaves. ..I hope the quality stability will always remain like this...thanks to all the staff from the business owner and the smiling chef to all the kitchen workers... Unfortunately, the places that always cut the bills to the customers because of the increasing costs in terms of price policy, unfortunately, have increased now that people can trust and take shelter. looking for places, I hope this will be the priority of the business from now on.. take it easy..
